Membership Terms

Draft for review. Flagmere Golf has not had these terms reviewed by a lawyer yet. Every figure below matches the store settings on 2 October 2026; change them in both places together.

What Flagmere VIP is

Flagmere VIP is an optional paid membership of Flagmere Golf. You never need it to buy from us: every product can be bought once at its regular price with no membership and nothing to cancel.

Price and billing

  • The membership costs $19.99 per month (US dollars, plus any applicable tax).
  • The first month is charged at checkout, with the order you join on.
  • It then renews automatically at $19.99 every month, on the same day of the month you joined, until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to the payment method on file.
  • If we ever change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

What members get

  • A member discount on each order you place while your membership is active. The discount is applied once per order to the order total, not to each item. The current member discount is shown on every product page before you choose the membership option.
  • Exclusive drops, early access and VIP-only offers, announced by email.

Member prices and offers apply only while the membership is active and paid. Orders placed after you cancel, or after a renewal payment fails, are charged at regular prices.

How to cancel

Cancel anytime online from your account: sign in at Member Login, open Subscriptions (or Cancel Membership), and choose Cancel. There are no cancellation fees and no phone call is needed. If you prefer, email support@flagmeregolf.com from the address on your account and we will cancel it for you within two business days.

Cancelling stops all future renewals. Your membership stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for.

Refunds

The membership fee for the current month is not refunded when you cancel, except where the law requires it. The products you buy are covered by the Refund Policy.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will retry it and email you. If it still fails, the membership is paused and member pricing stops until a payment succeeds.

Your consent

When you choose the Flagmere VIP option at checkout, you tick a box confirming that you understand the membership renews automatically at $19.99 every month until you cancel, and that you can cancel anytime online from your account. We keep a record of that consent with your order.
